Here I will show the steps to create vector eye, but before that do you know what it is vector graphics ?. Vector graphics is an object image formed by the combination of dots and lines by using certain mathematical formulas, which are not affected by the number of pixels, softwere used to create vector usually is Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. And whether Photoshop can be used to create vector graphics? of course you can, although less flexible.
okay just go ahead and, I'll give you a tutorial how to make eye vector that simple and modest, but the only version of the image. To make this eye vector, the tools need to be prepared just Pentool and brush only, and follow the steps as shown below. Hope can be understood ya friends hehe.
